Tresvil Pack

 Tresvil G. Pack, Ph.D., CRC, LPC is the President and CEO of Rehabilitation & Counseling Consultants, Inc. (RCCI) in Conway, AR. RCCI was originally established to provide management, program development, and grant writing services to rehabilitation and counseling practices seeking to improve their services or branch out into new markets. Since it's inception in 2005 two additional divisions have been added to RCCI: The National Education Company and Restored Life Counseling. The National Education Company was established to provide continuing education to rehabilitation counselors, rehabilitation support staff, job developers, job coaches, rehabilitation program administrators, and licensed counselors. The development of this division remains slow, but tailored training can be developed and delivered, if desired. Restored Life Counseling is the newest division of RCCI and will be launched in late 2011. The purpose of Restored Life Counseling is to provide mental health, substance abuse, and adjustment counseling to individuals in central Arkansas with eventual expansion into distance counseling using real time video conferencing technology.

Dr. Pack has served RCEA as President (2011), Treasurer (2009), and Western Region Representative (2006-2007). He is also a member of the editorial board for RCEJ. In addition to his service to RCEA, Dr. Pack has served as the Program Chair for the 2008-2010 NRA conferences, and as a conference co-chair for the 2009-2011 Arkansas Rehabilitation Association (ARA) conferences. He also served ARA as president in 2010-2011. 

In addition to his work at RCCI and volunteerism with NRA, its divisions, and state chapters; Dr. Pack has also worked as a rehabilitation counselor educator and program coordinator at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (2007-2011). He has worked as a mental health counselor, rehabilitation counselor, substance abuse counselor, RSA grant program manager, director of rehabilitation, and chief operating officer of a rehabilitation program providing vocational and independent living rehabilitation prior to finishing his doctoral degree. Dr. Pack is a published author and winner of multiple research and service awards.
